The products will go through a preparation process to be sent within a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment of payment confirmation, if it is made before 11:00 a.m. it will be sent that same day, from there the delivery time will be based on the rate of the carrier, currently the shipping company ZELERIS.

You have a period of 14 calendar days from when you receive the product to request an exchange or a refund.
If within these days you decide to make an exchange or return, you must contact us by sending an email to contacto@diversomen.com or from the contact section from the menu on the main page to communicate the reason for the change or return in case we can help you with something. In case you have to send the product to us, we will send you our address to which you must send the product well packaged and you must bear the shipping costs.
Once we receive the product, within 24/48 hours after verifying that the product has not been tampered with or that it is not in the same condition as its shipment, we will reimburse you or send you a new product without additional costs.
Diversomen reserves the right to reject a defective product within the return period, because all our products are examined one by one before being sold to avoid the shipment of products with manufacturing defects or breakages in handling.
