You have a period of 14 calendar days from when you receive the product to request an exchange or a refund.

In case you have to send the product to us, we will send you our address to which you must send the product well packaged and you must bear the shipping costs.
Once we receive the product, within 24/48 hours after verifying that the product has not been tampered with or that it is not in the same condition as its shipment, we will reimburse you or send you a new product without additional costs.
Diversomen reserves the right to reject a defective product within the return period, because all our products are examined one by one before being sold to avoid the shipment of products with manufacturing defects or breakages in handling.
